This form does two things. It will send your username AND reset your password ONLY if the e-mail address on file is correct.

If any of these apply to you:

  • Do you have a new e-mail address ?
  • Did you join or renew at a retail location ?
  • Did you join or renew last time at the clubhouse or through the postal mail ?
  • Did you not receive the white membership card in the mail ?
You may need to open a case in our  support portal  to have your e-mail address entered or corrected in our system before this form will work.
PLEASE include your member number if you have a white member card.

If you don't receive the reset email immediately: Remember to check your spam or clutter folder after you submit your e-mail address . If it is nowhere to be found open a case in our  support portal
